SENATE BILL NO. 274 "An Act relating to the noise levels of                    
airports and sport shooting facilities" was read the second time.              
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on page 2566.               
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 274(TRA) was                         
adopted and read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.                 
There being no further objections, the bill was advanced to third              
reading.
